Gold, glittering with unnatural allure, awakens ancient beasts from their slumber, while tribes bound to the elements protect secrets older than the tides. Pirates roam these waters, their flags as varied as their motives—some seeking fortune, others pursuing vengeance, and a few drawn to the elusive promise of stolen memories, whispered to hold the key to power or redemption.
The anthology weaves through this chaotic realm, following stories of lost boys raised by storms, cursed treasures that bring ruin to even the mightiest captains, and Black Beard himself—a shadowy legend tied to an ancient curse. Every journey reveals a new aspect of the world: the skies teeming with flying ships, islands alive with elemental spirits, and the delicate balance between the living and the stolen pieces of their past. As curses entwine with the winds and memories fall prey to unseen forces, the characters must grapple with the question of what truly defines them: the lives they’ve lived or the dreams they chase.
